Reminder to all participants of the Advent calendar to bring 13 bottles of each of the beers you committed in a sturdy case box. We will assemble the calendars at the meeting and you will go home with your completed calendar. We are excited to offer an informative evening with Paul Jones’s Presentation on Equipment and Measurement. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced brewer, you’ll walk away with valuable tips and insights to help improve your brewing process. Bring your Ph meters, as we can use yours as examples of how to calibrate them. Join us for the highly anticipated Brewers’ Duel! This time, it’s Steve Hocken vs. Keith Miklas, both bringing their best Strong Bitter (category 11C) brews to the table. Come taste, vote, and enjoy an evening of great beer and friendly competition. Don’t miss out on this exciting showdown! We’re also hosting a Swap Meet & Equipment Show and Tell—a fantastic opportunity to share your favorite brewing gadgets, discover new gear, help fellow brewers, and explore a variety of cool tools and ideas. It’s the perfect chance to trade, learn, and get inspired by all the great equipment on display! If anyone has Motown MASH entries, bring samples and your scoresheets and we’ll have a CSI session with them. |
