Come judge who has the more refreshing, fluffy, quaffable German Wheat with the right balance of clove and banana yeast character. This month it’s a dual duel as Ray and Don square off against Jack and Kyle in the fight for the finest Weissbier.
🔬 MASH Lab 🧪
Board Member Eric Blaine will be bringing beer for a MASH Lab discussion where we compare two beers to figure out what variable was tested and discuss similarities and differences between two beers that have just a single variable different between them.

Tom Nielson of the soon-to-open Emberside Brewery will join us to discuss their pending brewery launch and the process of opening a new brewery in NJ in 2026.
