🍯 Club-Only Competition: Mead 🐝
Got a traditional sack mead, a bizarre bochet, or something that fermented after you forgot honey in the pantry? If it’s mead, it’s eligible. Whether your batch belongs in the mead hall of Valhalla or just tastes like liquid beeswax and ambition, bring a growler or a few bottles to the next meeting and let the club be the judge.
🐕 Brewers Duel: Belgian IPA 🦇
This month, our MASH Brewer’s Duel features Steve H. facing off against Scott W. to see who can best merge the citrus, pine, and fruit of American hops with the complex esters and phenols of Belgian yeast. Join us to see who has mastered this complex and delicious style.
