This month’s Brewers’ Duel features Chris Johnson and Paul Jones, each crafting their best take on an Maibock. Come help us judge, as well as be part of the selection of the next brewers.
🔬 MASH Lab: Dan’s American Pale Ale Brew Day 🧪
A crowd gathered at Dan’ Perrigan’s home brewery on February 15th, and each took home some of the wort. Come taste the variety of brews spawned from that wort!
🌰 Studying up on English Brown Ales for the July Club-Only Competition 🐿️
We’ll be discussing (and sampling) Samuel Smith’s Nut Brown Ale in preparation for brewing clones of it for July’s Club-Only Competition.
