🎉 Brewer’s Dual Duel: Saison 🥨
This month’s Brewers’ Duel is a dual duel featuring MASH President Rich Cohen and TTB member Jerry Meng squaring off against Scott Wilcox and TTB member Rick Hall in the battle of black pepper phenolics and fruity citrus esters, to see who has truly mastered Saisons. Come help us judge and learn about this classic Belgian style.
🥇Club-Only Competition: Brandon Hurr Memorial Kolsch Competition 🌞
This month our club-only competition is our second “Can you Brew It” challenge in a row. This time, instead of a classic commercial beer we are brewing the world famous Kolsch of our good friend and MASH member emeritus, Brandon Hurr. Brandon was good enough to send us his multi-award winning recipe and entrants will be judged based on how well they have replicated Brandon’s quaffable deliciousness.
