Ferment this: Bread-baking edition

We’re all baking bread, now, almost as much as we are brewing, right?

We’ll cover how to get started, basic tools and equipment, sourdough process, common mistakes and troubleshooting, and an open forum for questions.

The panel will consist of Stu, Micha, Eric, and Melissa Johnson, all with varying degrees of skill level, experience, and baking focus. Most notably, Melissa will be joining us as an industry professional with a dedicated baking blog and upcoming book!
