This month’s Brewers’ Duel features board member Bryan Hoppe squaring off against Marc Berman in the battle of banana, clove, fluffy white foam, and yeasty haze to see who has truly mastered weissbiers. Come help us judge and learn about this classic German style.
🥇 Club-Only Competition: Can You Brew It: British Brown Ale 🌰
This month our club-only competition pays homage to Sam Smith’s Nut Brown Ale in a “Can you Brew It” challenge. Entrants will be judged both by club members at large and by a panel of esteemed BJCP judges. Our BJCP panel will be calibrating against fresh bottles of Sam Smith to determine who has most closely mastered this style and replicated the most iconic example.
