Brewer’s Duel: Witbier
This month’s Brewers’ Duel features Ray Monahan squaring off against Jordan Margetich, who are wielding bitter orange, coriander, and secret spices to brew up their best witbiers. Come help us judge and learn about wrangling yeast and spices to create a delicious summer sipper.
Club-Only Competition: SMASH
This month our club-only competition involves using a single malt and a single hop (SMASH) to create a delicious beer of any style. Bring your best smash and let’s see who can create the most magic from an otherwise simple beer recipe. This competition will be a great way to display your mastery of your process.

- September 16: John Milliken vs. Keith Blanchard in the battle of the Märzen. Lederhosen optional, but encouraged 🥨
