For this month’s meeting, at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 16, we’re excited to welcome Denny Conn and Drew Beechum, authors of multiple books and countless articles. Denny and Drew will be sharing insights from their most recent book, “Simple Homebrewing,” with a focus on helping us simplify our brew days without cutting corners on the quality of our finished beer. Come hang out and don’t miss an opportunity to hear Drew and Denny and pick their brains with your toughest homebrew questions. Our Sensory Analysis Happy Hour at 8 p.m. on Thursday, March. 25 will feature New Jersey crafted Irish Stouts. We will be enjoying stouts from Ashton Brewing, Seven Tribesmen, and Toms River Brewing. Stay tuned in Slack and our social media for details and to join in on distribution coordination. Don’t forget thatour next MASH Club Only Competition is happening in April, featuring Saisons. Those who enter will meet up for a socially distanced exchange and will go home with Saisons from other members to sample and enjoy.
