What a perfect spring day for the Big Brew! Fourteen brewers from MASH and SCUBA gathered on National Homebrew Day on May 2 at The Stirling Hotel to brew 55 gallons of beer representing eight different styles using techniques ranging from extract, to emergency decoction step mash, to the infamous “there’s still 89 minutes to go” extended boil.
