Join us on Tuesday, November 18th at 7:00 PM at Pallet Brewing in Maplewood for our monthly meeting. Please note the earlier start time this month. We recommend arriving early and grabbing pizza from Corner Slice or Artie’s. Note that Corner Slice was just ranked #1 in NJ.com’s best 101 Pizzas in NJ. Look out for more details on parking and food options on our MASH Discord.
We have a fantastic agenda on deck:
🥝 Brewer’s Dual Duel: New Zealand Pilsner 🍺
This month’s Brewers’ Duel is another TTB Dual Duel featuring Dan and Rose duking it out against Chris and Joe in the battle for the best New Zealand Pilsner beer. Come join us to see who has developed their malt, Kiwi hops, and water to create the most bright and hoppy Pilsner.
⛰️ Club-Only Competition: Clone of a Clone of Sierra Nevada Celebration 🌲
Last year, one of the highlights of the MASH Advent Calendar was Steve and Rich’s clone of a seasonal favorite, Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale. This year, to celebrate the season and pay homage to both the original beer and the top notch clone that Rich and Steve brewed, we invite all brewers to use Rich and Steve’s recipe to craft their best clone of their clone.
