We’re kicking off 2017 with a fermentation temperature control show and tell. Controlling your temps during fermentation can often take your beers to the next level! MASH Members are invited to sign up to bring some of the equipment they use to control fermentation temperature. Click HERE to sign up for the show and tell and everyone is invited to bring their questions.
The Brewer’s Duel also kicks off this month! Sean O threw down the gauntlet with Pete M. (both chosen at random) to brew a Winter Spiced Ale. The beers will be served blind at our meeting where you’ll vote for your favorite.
All MASH members in attendance will have the chance to be drawn at random for the next duel to take place at a future meeting.
Also available, as usual, are free MASH member homebrew evaluations (register here) and $10 water evaluations.
